“I had the pleasure of taking a tagine cooking class at Riad Thycas, and it was truly a highlight of my trip! Led by the wonderful Karima, the class was not only educational but also incredibly fun. We picked fresh ingredients from the medina and created a delicious tagine, along with a salad and dessert.
